Curriculum Vitae

Konstantinos Tsountas holds a BA-Maîtrise (1984) and a M.A.-DEA in Public Law (1985) from the Université René Descartes – Paris V, as well as a Ph.D. in Law (1993) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked in Greece for the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Education (1987-1998). He started teaching at the Higher Institute of Technological Education of Peloponnese as a contractual scientific staff in 1996 and was elected full Professor in 1998. He is the author of several articles and books on Public and Private Law. His research interests mainly lie in National and International Public Law.
